At Highland Dale, we take pride in the quality and uniqueness of our handcrafted and custom-made products. Because many of our items are made-to-order or custom-built, we do not offer returns or refunds on most purchases. Please read our policy carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities when ordering from our store.

No Returns or Exchanges – All Sales Final

Due to the nature of our business and the individuality of our products, all sales are considered final. We are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds on custom or handcrafted items, except in the rare event that an item arrives damaged or defective (see below).

Order Accuracy and Customer Responsibility

Please ensure that all order details—including shipping information, product selections, and customization notes—are accurately entered at the time of purchase. We cannot be held responsible for errors made during checkout, and such errors are not grounds for refund or replacement.

Shipping and Tracking

All orders are shipped with tracking numbers and delivery confirmation. Once an item has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Highland Dale is no longer liable for lost or stolen packages. If your order is missing or delayed, please first contact the shipping carrier using the tracking information provided. If further assistance is needed, you may contact us at waitlist@highlanddale.life and we will do our best to help resolve the issue.

 

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery at waitlist@highlanddale.life with the following:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photographs of the damage or defect

  • Photographs of the packaging (if damaged)

We reserve the right to determine whether the issue qualifies for a repair, replacement, or partial refund. In some cases, we may request the return of the damaged item at our expense for inspection.

Cancellations

Orders for custom or handcrafted items cannot be canceled once production has begun. If you need to request a cancellation, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. After this period, the order is considered confirmed and final.
