Our Legacy
Building a legacy from scratch
Highland Dale, formerly known as AAA Quality Highlands, was founded by Beauford Wilson with the vision of raising and breeding exceptional Scottish Highland cattle. Our mission has always been to produce healthy, well-tempered, and registered Highland cattle that meet the highest standards of quality.

At Highland Dale, we are committed to breeding some of the finest stock from top-producing regions, including Michigan, Wisconsin, New York, and Nebraska. Our goal is to provide breeders with cattle that not only excel in conformation and temperament but also contribute to the advancement of the breed.
In addition to our own breeding program, we are proud to have acquired the prestigious Missouri herd from Ron and Phyllis Campbell upon their retirement. The Campbells, known for their outstanding work, were the breeders of Finley Falls Duncan, the National Grand Champion in both 2017 and 2018.

Owned and operated by Emily Wilson, Highland Dale combines decades of experience in cattle production with a deep passion for the Scottish Highland breed. We draw from years of expertise to offer high-quality breeding stock that helps our clients achieve success in their own breeding programs.

As we grow and evolve, we embraced a fresh name, a renewed vision, and innovative ideas that reflect our deep commitment to the values we’ve always upheld.

With the next generation joining us, we’re expanding our focus to include more than just cattle – we’re bringing arts, crafts, and exciting new activities to the farm. Our goal is to create a welcoming space where tradition meets creativity, offering a unique blend of agricultural excellence and hands-on experiences for visitors and families.

Join us as we continue to raise exceptional Scottish Highland cattle while nurturing a vibrant, community-centered farm experience. The future is bright, and we can't wait to share it with you!
