The Highland Dale fold represents the continuation of a breeding program originally established as AAA Quality Highlands by Emily and Beauford Wilson.
Each animal in our fold is part of a documented lineage supported by registration through the American Highland Cattle Association and, where applicable, DNA parentage verification processed by the Veterinary Genetics Laboratory.
Rather than focusing on volume, the fold has been developed through selective breeding, careful record keeping, and attention to maternal lines that contribute to long-term herd stability.

Reason is a white Highland calf born on Veterans Day 2025 to Buttercup and Earl. In 2026, a portion of proceeds from the sale of Reason stuffed toys is planned to support programs serving veterans, service members, and their families, honoring the significance of Veterans Day through continued giving beyond the day itself.
