Product Information
We work hard to provide accurate product descriptions, pricing, and photographs.
All apparel and merchandise in our Farm Store are custom-printed to order through our print-on-demand fulfillment partner. Because each item is produced individually, slight variations in print placement, color (including differences between how a design appears on your screen versus the final printed product), or fabric shade between dye lots are a normal part of the print-on-demand process and are not considered defects.

Product photographs are intended to represent each item as accurately as possible, but actual colors may vary depending on individual screen settings and printing conditions.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, update product information, or discontinue products at any time.

If an order cannot be fulfilled because of an inventory or pricing error, we'll contact you promptly to discuss available options, including cancellation and a full refund if payment has already been processed.

Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers.
Order Fulfillment
Physical products sold in our Farm Store are custom-made to order and produced and shipped on our behalf by a third-party print-on-demand fulfillment partner. Nothing is held in standing inventory — your order is produced specifically for you after purchase, which is why production requires 2–5 business days before your item ships.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that products are made to order and are not eligible for cancellation once production has begun.
Shipping
Shipping times vary based on production and carrier transit. Standard production takes 2–5 business days, and total delivery time is typically 5–9 business days within the United States, where we currently ship.

Returns & Refunds
Because all Farm Store items are custom-printed to order, they are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange due to size, color preference, or buyer's remorse. Orders that arrive damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect are eligible for a free reshipment or refund if reported within 15 days of delivery.

Intellectual Property

All Farm Store merchandise is custom-printed to order and produced and shipped by our print-on-demand fulfillment partner on our behalf.
Can I cancel my order after I place it?
Once production has begun, orders can't be canceled, since each item is made specifically for you.
Why might my product look slightly different from the photo?
Small variations in print placement or color are normal for made-to-order printing and aren't considered defects. See our Returns Policy for what is covered.
